CDL - Dump Truck Driver
NJ Ground Control LLC is seeking a dependable and experienced Dump Truck Driver to join our team. In this role, you’ll operate well-maintained dump trucks to transport and deliver materials such as stone, dirt, gravel, mix, and topsoil to job sites across New Jersey and New York. Applicants must have a valid CDL (Class A or B), a clean driving record, and at least one year of experience operating dump trucks or similar heavy vehicles. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, and familiar with navigating both construction zones and high-traffic areas. Responsibilities include loading and unloading materials, performing daily inspections, maintaining delivery logs, and following all site safety protocols. You should be comfortable working in outdoor conditions, able to lift up to 50 lbs when necessary, and committed to representing the company with professionalism on every job
General Laborer - Entry Level
NJ Ground Control LLC is looking for a motivated and dependable General Laborer to assist with various construction, landscaping, and site preparation tasks across our New Jersey and New York job sites. This hands-on role involves physical labor such as loading and unloading materials, grading, digging, moving supplies, and maintaining a clean and safe job site. Candidates should be physically fit, comfortable working outdoors in all weather, and able to lift up to 50 lbs. No prior experience is required, but a strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to follow instructions are essential. Experience with tools or equipment like shovels, compactors, or skid steers is a plus. Operations Analyst
NJ Ground Control LLC is hiring a highly organized and analytical Operations Analyst to help optimize our internal processes, reporting systems, and day-to-day coordination across departments. This role plays a key part in keeping our construction and trucking operations running efficiently. As an Operations Analyst, you’ll manage and track project data, assist with scheduling and dispatch, create performance reports, and support financial and operational workflows using tools like Excel, QuickBooks, and cloud-based systems. We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, the ability to identify inefficiencies, and a proactive mindset are essential. Experience in construction operations, logistics, or business analytics is preferred, but we’re open to the right candidate who’s ready to learn and grow with us.
